Delivery & Returns policy

Delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders placed online.
We strive for a same day dispatch on orders placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday. Orders received 
Friday to Sunday or on a Bank Holiday will ship on the next working day.
 

All orders in the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery with non remote mainland orders typically arriving next day before 1PM. All goods are insured for the full value whilst in transit.

In the event of a parcel being returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery. This is also the case with a parcel not being accepted at the address provided.

International Delivery

We can arrange to ship our watches worldwide. We ask that you get in touch as the delivery fees will vary depending on your location. Any import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, the item you wish to refund or exchange must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (i.e the original box & papers) if they were provided at the sale.

For your return to be accepted, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

  • Clear and obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in the same condition as it was at the point of sale. i.e. damaged or missing parts or accessories
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we have received your return items we will inspect them and notify you of receipt.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and will be credited to the original payment method used.

It can sometimes take a few days after the refund to be processed to appear in your account. If the refund is not showing after 5 working days, please contact us at [email protected] or via telephone on 01792 467676.

Returning Your Item

When sending your item for return you must include all original packaging and accessories, along with a note explaining your reason for returning the item. Please send your item(s) to:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the are non-refundable unless the item is defective. In the event of you receiving a defective item we will reimburse the return shipping costs and if a replacement or repair is offered, we will re-deliver the items without charge. 

When returning items we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery and ensure they are adequately insured. If the value of the items being returned exceed Royal Mail maximum level of compensation (currently £2,500.00) , we strongly recommend you purchase additional insurance to cover their full value or use an alternative courier who offer a higher level of insurance cover.
